STAMPRR: The decentralized application using Stellar blockchain for IP protection. User: Any individual or entity using the STAMPRR platform. Smart Contracts: Self-executing agreements within the Stellar blockchain facilitating transactions. IP Assets: Intellectual property including patents, copyrights, and digital assets.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your acceptance is indicated by checking the acceptance box or using the services.

STAMPRR allows Users to timestamp, verify, and authenticate IP assets on the blockchain. All transactions are facilitated through Soroban smart contracts. Services are provided 'as is' and are subject to availability.

Users must provide accurate information when registering their assets. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their blockchain keys. Prohibited use includes illegal activities, infringement of third-party rights, and tampering with the platform.

All proprietary technologies, trademarks, and content on STAMPRR are owned by the platform. Users retain ownership of their IP assets but grant STAMPRR a limited license to process their data for service purposes.

STAMPRR processes User data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. User data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law. Details on data usage are available in the Privacy Policy.

STAMPRR is not liable for damages caused by User error, third-party actions, or blockchain malfunctions. The platform is not responsible for any loss of data due to third-party attacks or mismanagement of private keys by the User.

STAMPRR is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Users agree to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under French Jurisdiction. Mediation services may be offered before legal action.

These terms are governed by France's law.

STAMPRR reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes.

STAMPRR may terminate or suspend User access for breach of these terms. Users can terminate their account at any time by following the account deletion process.
